by commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service. it is your responsibility to view and read all of this beforehand...

general
i reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason. if i feel like your commission/character is too out of my comfort zone or whether i don't think i can do your idea justice, i have the right to say no to your commission.
i may and am able to use the finished commissions as examples. either added in the example tab in my carrd or on my ko-fi and vgen.
you'll have to be patient with me. my turn around time can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months, so please be understanding that some art may take a while. you can always check your commission progress on my trello page.
i will not be working with deadlines. seeing as i work very slowly, i cannot promise a fast turn around for my art.
nsfw commissions are strictly limited to my ko-fi members. if you'd like to commission something nsfw, you'll have to join my nsfw ko-fi tier.
If you are using my work for anything, credit must be available to be found somewhere (ex. Bio, Pinned comment, Description, Toyhouse, etc.). If asked, you must provide a link to at least one of my socials.

payment and refunds
all payments are done upfront. only exception to this is if the commission reaches 100£, in which case, payment plans, 50/50 are allowed. i take payment through ko-fi, vgen or paypal.
a full refund will only be provided before the line art is started. once a part of the lineart is started on, you will only get a portion of your money back.
if a sketch is either fully or partly done when a refund is requested, the said sketch may be sold to someone else. getting a full refund automatically means you do not own any of the work that's been done, therefor i may sell and use the sketch however i please.

art and references
you must provide an unshaded, sfw reference sheet. i will not work with 3d models or detailed descriptions.
you may ask for changes after the wip is sent. this is the best time to let me know about changes to the colors, pose, expression or extra stuff you may want to be added.
If in the future your character has a design change, I am willing to adjust your commission to fit the newer design for free, as long as I do not need to alter the clothes, hair style, species, major anatomical differences or anything else that may require a ton of additional change to the line art. If the changes are minor, say colors, patters, additional things like scars, horns, etc., they will be done for free with no problems.
